OPA373 和 OPA374 系列运算放大器具有低功率和低成本以及出色的带宽 (6.5MHz) 和转换速率 (5V/µs)。输入范围在电源轨基础上向外扩展了 200mV，而输出范围在电源轨 25mV 以内。它们具有较高的速度功率比，并且外形小巧，非常适合便携式和电池供电的应用。

OPA373 系列包括关断模式。在逻辑控制下，这些放大器可从正常运行状态切换到待机电流小于 1µA 的状态。

OPA373 和 OPA374 系列运算放大器使用额定电压为 2.7V 至 5.5V 的单电源或双电源，工作电压范围为 2.3V 至 5.5V。所有型号的额定温度范围为 –40°C 至 125°C。
