TPS25200-Q1 具有一个内部 67mΩ 电源开关，并且用于在多种异常情况下保护电源、器件和负载。 此器件提供高达 2.4A 的持续负载电流。 通过一个接地电阻，可在 85mA 至 2.7A 范围内对限流值进行设置。 当发生过载时，输出电流会被限制在由 RILIM 电阻设置的电流值上。 如果出现持续过载，此器件最终将进入热关断模式，以防止对 TPS25200-Q1 器件造成损坏。
