OPA838 解补偿电压反馈运算放大器只需 0.95mA 的修整电源电流,即可以 1.8nV/√Hz 的输入噪声电压提供高达 300MHz 的增益带宽积。这些特性相结合,可为光电二极管跨阻设计和高电压增益级(它们在信号接收器应用中需要超低的输入电压噪声)提供功耗超低的器件。
