AHCT125 器件是四路总线缓冲门,采用具有三态输出的独立线路驱动器。当每个输出的相关输出使能 ( OE) 输入为高电平时,输出被禁用。当 OE 为低电平时,相应的逻辑门会将来自 A 输入的数据传递到 Y 输出。
为了确保加电或断电期间的高阻抗状态,应通过一个上拉电阻器将 OE 连接至 V CC;该电阻器的最小值由驱动器的电流吸收能力来决定。
