Microchip基于ARM®的SAM7SE512是基于32位ARM7TDMI RISC处理器的SAM7SE系列闪存微控制器的成员。

它的最高工作速度为55MHz，具有512KB的双组闪存和32KB的SRAM。

外围设备包括一个支持静态存储器的外部总线接口（EBI）、启用ECC的NAND、CompactFlash和SDRAM、UART、两个USART、TWI（I^2.C） 、SPI、SSC、四个16位PWM控制器、三个16位定时器、一个RTT和一个8x10位ADC。

它实现了27 MIPS的嵌入式闪存单周期指令访问。多层总线矩阵、多个SRAM组、PDC和DMA支持并行任务并最大限度地提高数据吞吐量。

SAM7SE512的工作电压为1.65V至3.6V，有144引脚LFBGA和LQFP 128引脚封装。
