MCP3909是一款支持IEC 62053国际能源计量规范的能源测量IC。该设备的输出包括与输入处的平均有功(实)功率成比例的频率,以及用于访问ADC通道和乘法器输出数据的同时串行SPI接口。MCP3909支持1000:1的动态范围,并包含两个可编程增益高达16的16位delta-sigma ADC。输出波形数据在高达14kHz时可用,具有16位ADC输出和20位乘法器输出数据。集成片上电压参考具有15 ppm/°C的超低温漂移。
