说明

采用智能功率SOI技术设计的全保护三半桥。在汽车和工业应用中，它可以通过微控制器控制多达三种不同的负载。三个高侧和三个低侧驱动器中的每一个都可以驱动高达1.0A的电流。驱动器内部连接形成三个半桥，每个半桥可通过标准串行数据接口单独控制，以组合灯泡、电阻器、电容器和电感器的负载。IC支持H桥应用于驱动直流电机。
