说明

在汽车和工业应用中，通过微控制器控制多达六种不同负载的全保护六角半桥驱动器。它采用智能功率SOI技术设计。六个高侧和六个低侧驱动器中的每一个都能够驱动高达650mA的电流。驱动器内部连接形成六个半桥，可以与标准串行数据接口分开控制，以组合灯泡、电阻器、电容器和电感器的负载。IC支持H桥应用于驱动直流电机。
