HV7358是一款内置可编程波束形成器的16通道3电平高压超声发射器。每个通道都可以通过T/R开关和有源放电回0V电路产生高达±80V的脉冲。输出电流可编程为0.3A、0.5A、1.0A和1.6A。
集成发射波束形成器为波束形成延迟提供了高达5ns的分辨率。波束形成器的延迟时钟由内置的低相位噪声PLL产生。HV7358最多可存储4组传输模式,每个模式最多可存储256个脉冲。或者,该装置还允许对每个单独通道的PWM占空比进行编程。
波束形成器具有8比特除以N计数器,用于从输入时钟生成CW频率以支持连续波多普勒操作。一旦CW频率和信道延迟被编程,当触发信号被断言时,CW传输开始。
差分线上的200MHz SPI为波束形成器和模式生成器提供编程接口。其余参数通过I2C编程。内置波束形成器和菊花链可快速SPI接口大大减少了FPGA所需的连接数量。
HV7358的丰富功能使其特别适用于便携式/超便携式超声成像设备。
