PolarFire®SoC FPGA构建在屡获殊荣的PolarFireFPGA架构之上，是第一款具有确定性、一致性RISC-V CPU集群和确定性L2存储器子系统的SoC FPGA，可实现Linux和实时应用程序。该系列提供的功率比替代FPGA低50%，跨度从23k到461k逻辑元件，具有12.7G收发器。
