MIC2124是Hyper-Speed Control™系列DC-DC控制器的一员。它使用自适应接通时间电流模式控制方案，并以恒定频率工作。

MIC2124在+3V至+18V的供电范围内工作，与IC供电电压V无关_在它以固定的300kHz开关频率工作，并可用于提供高达25A的输出电流。输出电压可调至+0.8V。

MIC2124包括一个EN/COMP引脚，可以将其拉低以关闭转换器。MIC2124通过外部补偿优化性能并确保稳定性。

提供UVLO是为了确保在功率暂降条件下正常工作，并确保外部功率MOSFET有足够的电压工作。内部数字软启动可确保减少浪涌电流。逐周期限流确保FET保护。

MIC2124有10引脚MSOP封装，结温工作范围从-40°C到+125°C。
