MIC2164/-2/-3/C是具有自适应导通时间控制功能的恒定频率同步降压控制器。MIC2164/-2/-3/C是新型Hyper-Speed Control™降压控制器系列中的首批产品。

MIC2164/-2/-3/C控制器在3V至28V的输入电源范围内工作，与IC电源电压无关。这些装置能够提供25A的输出电流。MIC2164工作频率为300kHz，MIC2164-2工作频率为600kHz，MIC2164-3工作频率为1MHz。

独特的Hyper Speed Control™架构可实现超快的瞬态响应，同时降低输出电容，还可实现高V_在/低V_OUT操作可能。MIC2164/-2/-3/C控制器采用了一种自适应的体系结构_在波纹控制。提供UVLO特征以确保在功率暂降条件下的正确操作，从而防止外部功率MOSFET过热。提供了一种软启动特征以减少涌入电流。折返电流限制和“打嗝”模式短路保护确保FET和负载保护。

MIC2164/-2/-3/C控制器采用10引脚MSOP（MAX1954A兼容）封装，结操作范围从-40°C到+125°C。
