说明

MIC2128是一款具有独特自适应开启时间控制架构的恒定频率同步降压控制器。MIC2128在4.5V至75V的输入电压范围内工作，可用于提供高达25A的负载电流（Thermally Limited）。输出电压可调至0.6V，保证精度为±1%。该设备的可编程开关频率为270kHz至800kHz。

MIC2128提供全套保护功能，确保在故障条件下对IC进行保护。其中包括低电压锁定，以确保在功率暂降条件下正常运行，可调节软启动，以减少涌入电流，“打嗝”模式短路保护，以及热关闭。
