说明

MIC2101/02是具有独特自适应开启时间控制架构的恒定频率同步降压控制器。MIC2101/02在4.5V至38V的输入电源范围内工作，可用于提供高达15A的输出电流。输出电压可调至0.8V，保证精度为±1%。该装置的可编程开关频率为200kHz至600kHz。

Hyper Light Load™架构在中到重负载下提供与Hyper Speed Control架构相同的高效和超快瞬态响应，但在轻负载条件下也通过转换到变频、不连续模式操作来保持高效率。

MIC2101/02提供全套保护功能，确保在故障条件下对IC进行保护。其中包括低电压锁定，以确保在功率暂降条件下正常运行，内部软启动，以减少涌入电流，折返电流限制，“打嗝”模式短路保护和热关机。
