MIC21LV33是一款恒定导通时间、双相同步降压控制器，具有独特的自适应on时间控制架构，具有Hyperlight Load®和相位脱落功能。MIC21LV33在4.5V至36V的输入电源范围内工作，可用于提供高达50A的输出电流。只要提供5V的外部VDD，输入电压就可以降低到2V。MIC21LV33的输出电压可调至0.6V，在整个工作温度下保证精度为±1%。在-40°C至+105°C的有限温度范围内，参考精度也保证为±0.5%。MIC21LV33的可编程开关频率为每相100kHz至1MHz。Hyper-Speed Control®架构支持在中至重载条件下的超快瞬态响应。软启动也可通过电容器进行外部编程，从而实现在重负载下的安全启动。MIC21LV33具有用于精确输出电压控制的远程感测放大器，以及用户可选择的自动断相，以提高中等负载下的效率。该控制器提供了下垂功能，用于实现自适应电压缩放和控制，以提高负载瞬态响应。MIC21LV33提供了全套保护功能，以确保在故障条件下对IC进行保护。其中包括低电压锁定，以确保在功率暂降条件下正常运行，可编程软启动，以减少浪涌电流，过电压放电，打嗝模式短路保护和热停堆。MIC21LV33有32引脚5mm x 5mm VQFN封装，结工作温度范围为-40°C至+125°C。
