说明

MIC2176-1/-2/-3是一系列恒定频率同步降压控制器，具有独特的数字修改自适应开启时间控制架构。MIC2176系列在4.5V至75V的输入电源范围内工作，可用于提供高达15A的输出电流。输出电压可调至0.8V，保证精度为±1%，设备工作在100kHz、200kHz和300kHz的恒定开关频率下。

Hyper Speed Control™架构可实现超快速瞬态响应，同时降低输出电容，还可使（高V_在)/（低V_OUT)操作可能。这种经过数字修改的自适应t_在纹波控制结构将固定频率操作和快速瞬态响应的优点结合在单个设备中。

MIC2176提供全套保护功能，确保在故障条件下对IC进行保护。其中包括确保在功率暂降条件下正常运行的欠压锁定、减少涌入电流的内部软启动、折返电流限制、“打嗝”模式短路保护和热停堆。
