MIC2130/1是一种高电压输入PWM同步降压IC。它是一种电压模式控制器，在快速线路和负载瞬变期间采用快速滞后控制回路（FHyCL）。内部栅极驱动器被设计用于驱动大电流MOSFET。

MIC2130/1可以产生低至0.7V的输出电压，输入电压从8V到40V。MIC2130系列控制IC实现固定频率PWM控制。有源反击穿驱动方案意味着可以在保持最佳效率的同时使用广泛的外部MOSFET。

MIC2131是该系列的全功能版本，并实现了一项新功能，以最大限度地减少EMI。该功能对于需要符合世界各地EMI标准的系统至关重要。

MIC2130有16引脚e-TSSOP，结温范围为-40°C至+125°C。
