MIC2150/1是一款简单的两相双输出同步降压控制IC,具有体积小、效率高的特点。IC在500kHz(MIC2150)或300kHz(MIC2.151)下实现PWM控制,输出切换180°异相。异相操作的结果是1MHz的输入纹波频率和纹波电流消除,最大限度地减少了所需的输入滤波器电容。1%的输出电压容差允许系统性能达到最大水平。具有自适应栅极驱动的内部驱动器允许使用最少的外部组件实现最高效率。提供双阈值使能引脚、匹配的软启动引脚和电源良好输出,从而实现高水平的控制。MIC2150/1的结工作范围为-40°C至+125°C。
