说明

MIC2125和MIC2126是具有独特自适应开启时间控制架构的恒定频率同步降压控制器。MIC2125/6在4.5V至28V的输入电压范围内工作，可用于提供高达25A的负载电流。输出电压可调至0.6V，保证精度为±1%。该装置的可编程开关频率为200kHz至650kHz。

超轻负载^®体系结构提供了与超高速控制相同的高效和超快瞬态响应^®中到重载下的体系结构。它还通过转换到可变频率、不连续导通模式操作，在轻负载条件下保持高效率。

MIC2125/6提供全套保护功能，确保在故障条件下对IC进行保护。其中包括确保在功率暂降条件下正常运行的欠压锁定、减少涌入电流的内部软启动、“打嗝”模式短路保护和热停堆。
