说明

MIC826是一款低电流、超小型电压监控器，具有手动复位输入、看门狗定时器以及高电平和低电平有源推挽输出。当电源电压降至工厂编程的阈值电压以下、/MR引脚被拉低或看门狗超时时，复位输出被断言并保持。在电源电压增加到高于上升阈值电压之后或者当手动复位输入被断言为高时，针对复位超时延迟断言复位。

MIC826在/MR上具有集成上拉电阻器。有源低推挽复位输出（/reset）和有源高复位输出（reset）在与各种微控制器、PMIC或负载开关接口时提供了灵活性。对于不需要监视程序的应用程序，可以不连接监视程序输入。

MIC826的静态电流仅为3.8埃，采用体积小巧、节省空间的6引脚1.6mm x 1.6mm薄型DFN封装。它的额定温度范围为-40°C至+125°C。
