MIC2782是一个双输入、双输出的按钮复位IC。在两个手动复位输入在工厂编程设置期间都保持为逻辑低后,它将在工厂编程复位超时期间产生复位脉冲。MIC2782还具有ANDOUT逻辑输出,如果两个输入都保持低电平的时间长于去跳时间(1.5ms),则该逻辑输出将激活,如果一个或两个输入被释放的时间长于去跳时间(1.5ms),则去激活。RESET和ANDOUT输出为低电平有源、开漏NMOS输出。MIC2782在1.5V至5.5V的电源电压范围内工作,在3.3V时消耗2.2µA的电源电流。该设备在两个输入(/MR1和/MR2)上都具有65k岛内部上拉电阻器。该设备提供6秒、8秒、10秒或12秒的工厂编程设置周期,以及0.5秒、1秒或2秒的重置超时周期。它有一个节省空间的6凸块、0.4mm间距、0.8mm x 1.2mm晶圆级芯片级封装。
