MIC8114是一种廉价的微处理器监控电路，用于监控基于微处理器的系统中的电源。
该设备的功能是，如果电源下降到指定的复位阈值电平以下或/MR被强制为低电平，则断言复位。
MIC8114具有有效的低电平/RESET输出。保证复位输出在V后至少790ms内保持有效科科斯群岛已经上升到指定的重置阈值水平以上。MIC1814采用4针SOT-143封装。
