MIC2774是一款双电源监控器，在紧凑的5引脚SOT封装中提供欠压监测、手动复位功能和通电复位生成功能。功能包括两个欠压检测器，一个固定，一个可调，以及复位输出的选择。一个欠压检测器将VDD与固定阈值进行比较。有十个出厂编程设定的阈值可用。将第二个用户可调节输入与300mV参考进行比较。此低参考电压允许监测低于先前的监控IC所支持的电压的电压。复位输出在通电时被断言，并且任何时候任何一个电压下降到编程的阈值电压以下并且在它们随后上升回到阈值边界以上之后保持断言140ms（分钟）。手动复位功能可以由连接在接地和/MR输入之间的开关提供。电压阈值的广泛选择提供了各种电源电压和容差。包括迟滞，以防止噪声引起的抖动。典型的电源电流为3.5µa。
