MIC2790/1/3非常适合监测在发生故障时需要快速响应的高精度核心电压。电压监控IC具有手动复位输入、启用输入(仅限MIC2793)、电容器可编程复位超时延迟以及低激活和高激活复位输出。MIC2790/1/3监测0.4V至5.5V范围内的系统电压,在+25°C时的典型传感精度为0.5%,在-40°C至+125°C时为±1.0%。当感测电压下降到阈值以下或者当手动复位被拉到逻辑低时,IC断言复位输出。一旦感测电压恢复正常并且手动复位转换到逻辑高状态,激活低复位在复位超时延迟的持续时间内保持低。复位超时延迟时间可通过外部电容器从1ms编程到10s。MIC2790/1/3在1.5V至5.5V的低电源电压下工作,额定工作温度范围为-40°C至+125°C。MIC2790有6针TSOT-23封装或6针2毫米2毫米0.55毫米DFN封装。MIC2791有一个小的6针1.6mm³1.6mm³0.55mm DFN封装。MIC2793有一个8引脚2毫米2毫米0.55毫米DFN封装。
