说明

MIC2777是一款双电源监控器，在紧凑的5引脚SOT封装中提供欠压监测、手动复位功能和通电复位生成功能。功能包括两个欠压检测器，一个固定，一个可调，以及高有效和低有效复位输出。一个欠电压检测器将VDD与固定阈值进行比较。有十个出厂编程设定的阈值可用。另一个欠压检测器可由用户调节。复位输出在上电和任何时间VDD或输入电压下降到对应的参考电压以下时被断言不少于140ms。在输入电压和VDD随后上升回到阈值边界以上之后，它们在超时时段内保持断言。通过下拉可调输入，可以随时生成重置。包括迟滞，以防止噪声引起的抖动。典型的电源电流为3.5µa。
