说明

MIC2025和MIC2075是针对需要电路保护的通用配电而优化的高侧MOSFET开关。MIC2025/75内部限流，并具有热关机功能，可保护设备和负载。MIC2075提供“智能”热关机功能，可降低故障模式下的电流消耗。当发生热关机故障时，输出被锁定，直到故障负载被移除。移除负载或切换启用输入将重置设备输出。这两种设备都采用了软启动电路，该电路在使用高电容负载的应用中最大限度地减少浪涌电流。提供了故障状态输出标志，该标志在过电流和热关闭条件期间被断言。MIC2025/75可用于MM8®8导联MSOP和8导联SOP。
