说明

MIC2536是一款经济高效的高侧电源开关，具有两个独立控制的通道，针对总线供电的通用串行总线（USB）应用进行了优化。很少需要外部组件来满足USB要求。MIC2536的每个开关通道将为USB总线供电的下游设备提供高达100mA的电源。故障电流通常由快速电流限制电路限制在275mA，该电路在故障条件下使上游端口上的电压下降最小化。带有瞬态滤波器的标志输出向本地USB控制器指示故障条件，但将忽略热插拔事件期间由涌入电流引起的短路标志信号。软启动消除了在总线供电应用中启用开关时可能出现的其他端口上的瞬时电压下降。其他功能包括热关闭，以防止大电流负载和3.3V和5V逻辑兼容启用输入导致的灾难性开关故障。MIC2536有8导联SOP和MSOP的高激活和低激活版本
