说明

MIC2027和MIC2077是四路高边MOSFET开关针对需要电路保护的通用配电进行了优化。MIC2027/77内部限流，具有热停堆功能保护设备和负载。

MIC2077提供“智能”热关机降低了故障模式下的电流消耗。当发生热关机故障时发生时，输出被锁定，直到故障负载被移除。正在删除加载或切换使能输入将重置设备输出。二者都设备采用软启动电路，最大限度地减少使用高电容性负载的应用。故障状态输出标志在过电流和热关闭条件下被断言。转瞬即逝的电流限制故障经过内部过滤。MIC2027/77有16引脚窄（150密耳）和宽（300密耳）SOIC封装。
