说明

MIC2027和MIC2077是四路高边MOSFET开关，针对需要电路保护的通用配电进行了优化。MIC2027/77内部限流，并具有热关机功能，可保护设备和负载。MIC2077提供“智能”热关机功能，可降低故障模式下的电流消耗。当发生热关机故障时，输出被锁定，直到故障负载被移除。移除负载或切换启用输入将重置设备输出。这两种设备都采用了软启动电路，该电路在使用高电容负载的应用中最大限度地减少浪涌电流。故障状态输出标志在过电流和热关闭条件下被断言。瞬态限流故障经过内部过滤。MIC2027/77有16引脚窄（150密耳）和宽（300密耳）SOIC封装。
