LX7180A是一款4A降压稳压器，集成MOSFET，封装在节省空间的QFN12 2 mm x 2 mm中，适用于当今的移动设备。它使用了一种超快速、恒定频率的滞后控制方法，在保持良好调节的同时，最大限度地减少外部滤波器分量。LX7180A参考电压可通过高速（高达3.4 MHz）双向I2C总线从0.6 V编程到1.195 V。LX7180的工作电压范围为3伏至5.5伏，输出0.6伏至100%的输入电压。逐循环电流限制可防止过电流情况。打嗝模式为严重过载或短路故障提供保护。过热条件下，热保护关闭调节器。过电压条件将立即关闭输出，以防止永久损坏。当所有故障条件清除后，LX7180A自动重新启动。
