Micrel MIC22205是一款高效、2A集成开关、同步降压（降压）调节器。MIC22205针对最高效率进行了优化，实现了95%以上的效率，同时仍能在1MHz下切换。即使在FPGA和低电压ASIC中常见的极端瞬态负载波动下，超高速控制回路也能将输出电压保持在调节范围内。输出电压是预偏置安全的，可以调整到0.7V，以满足所有低压电源需求。

MIC22205提供全方位的测序和追踪选项。Enable/Delay（EN/DLY）引脚与Power Good（PG）引脚相结合，允许在开启和关闭期间以任何方式对多个输出进行排序。Ramp Control™（RC）引脚允许设备连接到MIC22xxx和/或MIC68xxx系列中的另一个产品，以在启动时将输出电压保持在特定的电压范围内。

MIC22205有12针3mm x 3mm MLF^®结的工作范围从-40°C到+125°C。
