说明

MIC22601是一款高效6A集成开关同步降压（降压）调节器。MIC22601针对最高效率（大于90%）进行了优化，同时在宽负载范围内仍以4MHz切换，仅使用0.22µH电感器和低至22µF的输出电容器。即使在FPGA和低压ASIC中常见的极端瞬态负载波动下，超高速控制回路也能将输出电压保持在调节范围内。输出电压可以向下调整到0.7V，以满足所有低压电源需求。MIC22601提供全方位的测序和追踪选项。启用/延迟引脚与电源良好的PG/POR引脚相结合，允许在开启和关闭期间以任何方式对多个输出进行排序。RC（Ramp Control™）引脚允许设备连接到MIC22xxx和/或MIC68xxx系列中的另一个产品，以在启动时将输出电压保持在特定的âV内。
