MIC22601是一款高效6A集成开关同步降压(降压)调节器。MIC22601针对最高效率(大于90%)进行了优化,同时在宽负载范围内仍以4MHz切换,仅使用0.22µH电感器和低至22µF的输出电容器。即使在FPGA和低压ASIC中常见的极端瞬态负载波动下,超高速控制回路也能将输出电压保持在调节范围内。输出电压可以向下调整到0.7V,以满足所有低压电源需求。MIC22601提供全方位的测序和追踪选项。启用/延迟引脚与电源良好的PG/POR引脚相结合,允许在开启和关闭期间以任何方式对多个输出进行排序。RC(Ramp Control™)引脚允许设备连接到MIC22xxx和/或MIC68xxx系列中的另一个产品,以在启动时将输出电压保持在特定的âV内。
