MIC4723是一款高效PWM降压（降压）调节器，可提供高达3A的输出电流。MIC4723工作频率为2.0MHz，具有专有的内部补偿，允许超过200kHz的闭环带宽。

MIC4723的低导通电阻内部p沟道MOSFET允许超过92%的效率，减少了外部组件的数量，并消除了对昂贵的电流感测电阻器的需求。

MIC4723的输入电压为2.7V至5.5V，输出电压可下调至1V。该器件可以在100%的最大占空比下工作，用于低压差条件。
