MCP16301是一款高度集成、高效、固定频率、降压DC-DC转换器，采用流行的6引脚SOT-23封装，可在高达30V的输入电压源下工作。集成功能包括高侧开关、固定频率峰值电流模式控制、内部补偿、峰值电流限制和过热保护。开发一个完整的降压DC-DC转换器电源需要最少的外部组件。
