MIC26903是一款具有自适应导通时间控制架构的恒定频率同步DC/DC降压调节器。MIC26903的供电范围为4.5V至28V。它有一个内部线性调节器，提供调节后的5V电压为内部控制电路供电。MIC26903在连续导通模式下以恒定的600kHz开关频率工作，可用于提供高达9A的输出电流。输出电压可调至0.8V。超轻负载^®该架构在中到重负载下提供与Hyper Speed Control™架构相同的高效和超快瞬态响应，但在轻负载条件下也通过转换到变频、不连续模式操作来保持高效率。MIC26903提供全套保护功能，确保在故障条件下对IC进行保护。其中包括确保在功率暂降条件下正常运行的欠压锁定、热停机、减少涌入电流的内部软启动、折返电流限制和“打嗝”模式短路保护。MIC26903包括一个Power Good（PG）输出，以实现简单的排序。
