说明

MIC26903-ZA是一款具有独特自适应开启时间控制架构的恒定频率同步降压调节器。MIC26903-ZA在4.5V至28V的输入电源范围内工作，并提供高达9A的输出电流调节输出。输出电压可调至0.6V，保证精度为±1%，设备的开关频率为600kHz。

Hyper Speed Control™架构可实现超快速瞬态响应，同时降低输出电容，还可使（高V_在)/（低V_OUT)操作可能。这种自适应t_在纹波控制结构将固定频率操作和快速瞬态响应的优点结合在单个设备中。

MIC26603-ZA提供全套功能，确保在故障条件下对IC进行保护。其中包括低电压锁定，以确保在功率暂降条件下正常运行，内部软启动，以减少涌入电流，折返电流限制，“打嗝模式”短路保护，以及热停堆。提供了一个开漏极电源良好（PG）引脚。
