MIC4680 SuperSwitcher™是一款易于使用的固定或可调输出电压降压（降压）开关模式电压调节器。200kHz MIC4680在8引脚SOIC的宽输入范围内实现了高达1.3A的连续输出电流。

MIC4680有3.3V和5V固定输出版本或可调输出至1.25V。

MIC4680的输入电压范围为4V至34V，具有出色的线路、负载和瞬态响应。调节器在故障条件下执行逐循环限流和热停堆保护。在停机模式下，调节器消耗的备用电流小于2µA。

MIC4680 SuperSwitcher™调节器需要最少数量的外部组件，并且可以使用标准系列的电感器和电容器进行操作。内部提供频率补偿，以实现快速瞬态响应和易于使用。
