MIC4681 SuperSwitcher™是一款易于使用的降压（降压）电压模式开关稳压器。200kHz MIC4681在8引脚SOP封装中，在4V至30V的输入范围内实现了超过1A的连续输出电流。MIC4681具有2.1A的高最小电流限制，是GSM和TDMA手机电池充电器和电源等脉冲电流应用的理想选择。MIC4681在典型的GSM充电环境中保持4.2V/2A的输出。

MIC4681的输入电压范围为4V至30V，具有出色的线路、负载和瞬态响应。调节器在故障条件下执行逐循环限流和热停堆保护。在停机模式下，调节器消耗的备用电流小于6µA。

MIC4681 SuperSwitcher™调节器需要最少数量的外部组件，并且可以使用标准系列的电感器和电容器进行操作。内部提供频率补偿，以实现快速瞬态响应和易于使用。
