说明

MIC28511是一款具有内部电源开关的同步降压开关稳压器，能够从4.6V至60V的宽输入电源范围提供高达3A的输出电流。输出电压可调至0.8V，保证精度为±1%。恒定的开关频率可以编程为200kHz到680kHz。Hyper Speed Control™和HyperLight Load^®MIC28511的体系结构允许高V_在（低V_OUT)操作和超快的瞬态响应，同时减少所需的输出电容并提供非常好的轻负载效率。

MIC28511提供全套保护功能，确保在故障条件下提供保护。其中包括确保在功率暂降条件下正常运行的欠压锁定、减少涌入电流的内部软启动、回折电流限制、打嗝模式短路保护和热停堆。
