说明

MIC28512是一款带有内部电源开关的同步降压开关稳压器，能够从4.6V至70V的宽输入电源范围提供高达2A的输出电流。输出电压可调至0.8V，保证精度为±1%。恒定的开关频率可以编程为200kHz到680kHz。Hyper Speed Control™和HyperLight Load^®MIC28512的体系结构允许高V_在（低V_OUT)操作和超快的瞬态响应，同时减少所需的输出电容并提供非常好的轻负载效率。

MIC28512提供全套保护功能，确保在故障条件下提供保护。其中包括低电压锁定，以确保在功率暂降条件下正常运行，内部软启动，以减少涌入电流，折返电流限制，“打嗝”模式短路保护，以及热停堆。
