MIC28513是一款带有内部电源开关的同步降压开关稳压器，能够从4.6V至45V的宽输入电源范围提供高达4A的输出电流。输出电压可调至0.8V，保证精度为±1%。恒定的开关频率可以编程为200kHz到680kHz。MIC28513的超高速控制TM和HyperLight Load®架构允许高V在（低VOUT)操作和超快的瞬态响应，同时减少所需的输出电容。除了上述属性外，MIC28513-1的超轻载架构还提供了非常好的轻载效率。
MIC28513提供全套功能，确保在故障条件下提供保护。其中包括低电压锁定，以确保在功率暂降条件下正常运行，内部软启动，以减少涌入电流，折返电流限制，“打嗝”模式短路保护，以及热关闭。
