说明

MIC28514/15是一款宽输入范围（4.5V-75V）集成FET，5A开关稳压器。MIC28514/15利用了最新的增强型高压COT控制器，该控制器与一对具有改进雪崩额定值的低FOM功率沟槽N沟道FETS共同封装。输出电压可调至0.6V，精度为+/-1%。MIC28515提供“模式”选择引脚，允许用户在超轻负载和超高速控制操作之间进行选择。Hyper Speed Control专有架构可实现超快速瞬态响应，同时降低输出电容。MIC28514提供了外部“软启动”功能的选项，取代了“模式”选择引脚，允许用户使用外部电容器灵活调整软启动。MIC28514/15提供全套保护功能，确保设备在故障条件下安全运行。其中包括UVLO、减少电流涌入的外部软启动、打嗝电流限制短路保护和热关机。    
 
MCP28514/15有38引脚6mm x 6mm PQFN，结操作范围从-40°C到+125°C。
