MCP1662设备是一款紧凑、节省空间、固定频率、非同步升压转换器，经过优化，可通过两电池和三电池碱性电池、镍氢/镍镉电池或单电池锂离子或锂聚合物电池的恒定电流驱动LED串。
该设备集成了一个36V、800 m低侧开关，由1.3A逐周期电感器峰值电流限制操作保护。低电压技术允许MCP1662在没有高浪涌电流或输出过冲的情况下启动。所有补偿和保护电路都是集成的，以最大限度地减少外部组件的数量。
