The ADH463S is a low noise automatic gain control (AGC) amplifier utilizing GaAs PHEMT technology. The LNA provides 15 dB of typical gain from 2 GHz to 20 GHz. The ADH463S is ideal for use in converters as a LNA or driver amplifier in EW and phased array applications. The low noise figure of 2.5 dB helps maintain good system noise performance.
