特性
The LT3046 is a high-performance, low-dropout linearregulator featuring Analog Devices, Inc. ultra-low noiseand ultra-high PSRR architecture for powering noisesensitiveapplications. Designed as a precision currentreference followed by a high-performance voltagebuffer, the LT3046 can be easily paralleled to furtherreduce noise, increase output current, and spread heaton the PCB.
The device supplies 200mA at a typical 300mV dropoutvoltage. Operating quiescent current is nominally3.7mA and drops to 26μA in shutdown. The LT3046’swide output-voltage range (0.2V to 19V) whilemaintaining unity-gain operation provides virtuallyconstant output noise, PSRR, bandwidth, and loadregulation, independent of the programmed outputvoltage. Additionally, the regulator featuresprogrammable current limit, fast start-up capability,and programmable power good to indicate outputvoltage regulation.
Built-in protection includes reverse-battery protection,reverse-current protection, internal current limit withfoldback and thermal limit with hysteresis. The LT3046is available in a thermally enhanced, 12-lead, 3mm ×3mm, DFN package.
