特性
The ADRF5700 is a silicon, 5-bit digital attenuator with 46 dBattenuation control range in 2 dB steps.
This device operates from 100 MHz to 22 GHz with better than2.0 dB of insertion loss and high attenuation accuracy. TheADRF5700 supports bidirectional operation and has a RF inputpower handling capability of 24 dBm average and 30 dBm peak forall attenuation states.
The ADRF5700 requires a dual-supply voltage of +3.3 V and−3.3 V. The device features parallel mode control, and complementarymetal-oxide semiconductor (CMOS)-/low voltage transistor totransistor logic (LVTTL)-compatible controls.
The ADRF5700 can also operate with a single positive supplyvoltage (VDD) applied while the negative supply voltage (VSS) istied to ground. In this operating condition, the small signal performanceis maintained while the switching characteristics, linearity, andpower handling performance are derated (see Table 2 in the data sheet).
The ADRF5700 RF ports are designed to match a characteristicimpedance of 50 Ω. The ADRF5700 comes in a 20-terminal, 3.0mm × 3.0 mm, RoHS compliant, land grid array (LGA) package andoperates from −40°C to +105°C.
