The ADMV85051 is an RF band-pass filter that features a digitallyselectable frequency of operation. The filter center frequency(fCENTER) can be adjusted from 225 MHz to 520 MHz using an8-bit value (256 states) that incorporates a patented calibrationtechnique.
The typical 3 dB bandwidth is 9%, and adjustability is ±2%. Insertionloss is typically 4.5 dB, and the 20 dB rejection is 19% awayfrom the fCENTER, which is ideally suited for minimizing systeminterferers.
The ADMV8505 tunable filter can be used as a smaller alternativeto large switched filter banks and discrete component-based tunablefilters, providing a dynamically adjustable solution in advancedcommunications applications.
